“Ordered a 10ml 20mg salt nic liquid, obviously they didn’t have the 20mg 10ml bottle in stock so they sent me a 50ml 0mg bottle instead! As I already had a pure nic shot in my basket this was a win win for me, had my initial order been without the nic shot I might’ve felt differently however amazing customer service for this fact alone.”
