“The product itself seems great now.its in and collecting rainwater. I'm less happy about the service. I ordered the WB, a tap and an inline tap for the bottom of the WB. Having received an invoice which contained the anticipated delivery date I sat back and waited......it arrived after the due date, only just but there were no taps sent with it. Although the tick list showed they had been picked. I called and the lady at Exposure said she would despatch the parts which she did and after a few more days the parts arrived in a tatty enveloped with an elastic band around it. Overall it fits the space well, has given us additional rainwater capture. If my experience is typical I think you need to look at the customer experience and sharpen up a bit. I didn't expect it to be next day delivery but........”
