“Wrote a review on the Ultimate Value bundle. Only complaint was the extension arm for the cleaning mop. Within 12 hours Ecotraveller had a new one shipped to me. The replacement works a treat and as expected. That is awesome customer service. Really appreciated Thanks Mal”
