“Ich nehme das Kollagenpulver noch nicht sehr lange und kann daher noch nicht sagen, wie es wirkt. Ich trinke das Pulver mit Wasser und etwas Orangensaft, dann schmeckt man den Eigengeschmack des Pulvers fast gar nicht mehr.”

Hi Emma, Thank you very much for ordering with us. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are in close contact with UPS and they informed us that the initial shipment was damaged and will be returned to us. We have sent out your order again already a week ago, which should arrive with you tomorrow or the day after. We do experience delays for shipments to the UK due to the increased border controls since Jan 1st 2025. That together with an unfortunate event that damaged the package caused this unacceptable delay. Once again apologies. “I was really excited to try the Vecollal collagen but drinking it daily is a real struggle. It's one of the worst thing I had to drink, even if I blend it with lemon and agave sirop. The collagen might be effective though, but it's too early to say, hence my rating of 3 instead of 1 star.”
