“I was very excited when i got to know there would be a vegan friendly supplement omega 3 supplement by EkoPura. I am vegan since around a year but am pretty health conscious since quite some time now, it has been probably 5 years since my health journey has started. I am repeatedly confirmed that the supplementation of omega 3s is super important for one's general health, especially for our brain. When I was not vegan yet, I supplemented fishoil for my omegas but as I turned vegan I did not want to consume fish anymore, but knew I would need some omegas in my diet! The omega 3s from EkoPura are relatively cost-effective, as their quality is high but their price is reasonably low. There are so many expensive products on the market, which is not necessary in my opinion. The omegas by EkoPura have no artificial additives whatsoever and I can understand all ingredients. Moreover, I like about them that their capsule is not from gelatine, but from algae! They have no aftertaste whatsoever and are easily swallowed. I can absolutely recommend the omegas by EkoPura, I can only advise you to open the package as suggested by the line above the opening, as I opened it too fast and now it is a bit difficult to open the package for me. But apart from that, I am absolutely pleased with the product!”
