“I have been using Ekopura vegan protein over a year in my recovery smoothies after sport almost every day. It complements very well my nutritional needs since I am eating very little animal protein. The texture is easy to mix in fruits, yoghurt, almond milk. Easy to digest after sport, it helps to recover from muscle tension. As a naturopath, I recommend it for its high ratio of all natural veggie protein ( 74% ) for vegetarian/ vegan and sportsmen/women.”
