“Very satisfied with it! I mix it with coconut / rice milk. After a good sport session, I grab a shake and I find myself recovering quickly! When I exercise in the evening I take a Shake before bed and in the morning I get up without muscle aches and sleep well. Recommended very satisfied with it and nice thought that there is no chemical mess in it!”

“A great natural shake. I add a teaspoon of cocoa and some stevia or a little instant coffee powder for taste. You have to add enough water, because otherwise it will become a bit pudding-like”
