“Unfortunately I don't have a positive review of this product. I had really high hopes after doing my research. The shakes are incredibly bitty. I love protein shakes and wanted something to aid weight loss and menopause but these aren't for me. I tried it with milk which gave it an incredibly thick consistency that I just couldn't stomach. Then I tried it with water which did thin it out but the consistency for me is awful. I can only describe it as a Farley's rusk mixed with water. You have all the bits in it. The flavour is ok. This is only my personal opinion as there as so many positive reviews. What I was encouraged by was being encouraged to write an honest review. I appreciated the company not trying to stop a negative review which means on the whole all the positive reviews are true. It's just very unfortunate that it's not suitable for me. I need a smooth no bits consistency. I wish there were samples you could buy first before buying a full bag.”
Hi Sarah - thanks for reviewing Eve Biology and we're sorry the ingredients in the shakes weren't to your liking. It takes a lot of juggling to get the right ingredients to do everything we want them to do. The coconut and plant based protein in the shakes mean our texture differs from whey based protein shakes. Adding 2 scoops of powder to 300mls of water ( always liquid first!) usually works best to get the consistancy customers ( on the whole!) enjoy. Thanks for trying Eve - although the poor review isnt great its your optinion and it counts.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Eve Biology. We’re sorry the Shake hasn’t tasted to your liking and that the sweetness and aftertaste are proving hard to enjoy. Mixing your shakes with a different base (e.g., milk or a dairy-free alternative) can help balance the flavour so it's more to your liking. The sweetness is the plant based fibre we use. Ca we suggest adding a teaspoon of almond butter or a decaf espresso to the Vanilla? It may hit a note you prefer? We glad the chocolate please you :)

“Am trying to lose weight, been slowly creeping up which is why I bought the shakes in the first place. 2 shakes a day. Slow but steady.Obviously I didnt know what I was missing because I've not felt to good for ages! Energy is way up. Calm. They give me my sweet hit without the sugar.”

“I'm very happy to have found Eve Biology. It has all the nutrients I need at my age (49). I started at the begining of July and I'm already feeling the benefits, specially helping me improve my iron levels (feeling more energetic), I'm definitely feeling already the difference in my clothes, helping me with my weight. I've been having it for breakfast and lunch during the week days. I work full time and the only time I have to go to the gym is at at lunch time, so not time to sit down for a full lunch, so having the shake it is super convenient. “I’ve been using Eve Biology for just over a month, and it’s honestly been a game changer for me. I can’t take HRT, so I’d been struggling to find something that really helped with my menopause symptoms — but these shakes have made such a difference. I’m sleeping so much better, my energy levels are higher, and the hot flushes have completely gone.
I started with the vanilla flavour (which I love!) and will be trying the chocolate next. They taste even better with ice and a scoop of coffee. “Love the vanilla flavour, I have it on its own and its perfect but add a scoop of the chocolate in one of my meals. “Eve is the answer for me; not only am I sustainably losing weight, (almond milk with vanilla shakes mid morning, instead of breakfast, Monday to Friday, occasionally at the weekend too, at long last my folate levels are back to normal which means I am no longer anaemic.
