“What a good idea from CollectA to produce a very rare figure of Sivatherium (genus) giganteum (species), a prehistoric giraffid. The first species probably evolved 7 million years ago (Miocene Epoch). Over time the genus became widespread in Africa, Asia and Europe but appears relatively rare within its environment compared to many large herbivorous that existed at the same time. Sivatherium species may have survived as recently as 8, 000 years ago co-existing with humans in Africa and possibly in Middle-East. I find the figure magnificient. Thanks for the excellence service of Mike and Sue from order to delivery, answering rapidly to my questions.”
