“Good quality figure delivered in timely manner”

Helpful Report

Posted 5 years ago

Thank you for your very positive comment about our service and ensuring that all was delivered in a timely manner. Could we ask you check whether or not you meant to give us a 1-star rating for our customer service? We do occasionally get negative reviews, rarely a 1-star review and the rating you have given us contrasts with your very kind words about our company.
