Hi, I am sorry if you have experienced a problem. We have an order that was placed by you on the 2nd January (our order ref: 77101). We provided you with tracking information and I know you emailed us last weekend as you had a query and were concerned about the time it was taking to receive your parcel. At your request we chased up the courier and according to the notes supplied by the courier we have a record of delivery on 13th January. We will contact the courier tomorrow on your behalf to ask for further information. In the meantime, we will contact you by email and provide you the details that we have about delivery from the courier company. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your comment we appreciate your feedback. As a customer in the USA you benefit from tax free shopping - saving 20% and we do subsidise our postage costs for our customers. We do appreciate that shipping globally has become more expensive, but we continue to help our customers where we can.
