So sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived. Your order ref: 45652 was received 9.25am on the morning of the 17th December, the parcel was picked, checked, prepared, packed and ready for despatch at 3pm and it was collected by Royal Mail that afternoon and received into the local Royal Mail hub at 7.48pm ready for its journey to Ireland. We can only apologise for this parcel not arriving, it was sent out the same day it was ordered and we can see from the tracking information that it was in Dublin on Saturday 21st December. We don't know why it has not reached you, we will email you over the tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey. Once again our apologies, but please be assured we did all we could to get your parcel out as fast as we could to give it every opportunity to arrive in time for Christmas.
