“It is not the same PNSO quality, the jaw joint is crooked, the piece is too light”

Thank you for your comments, we do appreciate your feedback. The future of the PNSO range is very much in doubt, the company has gone into receivership and these models are no longer in production, they are becoming rarer and rarer to find. The PNSO Basilosaurus and the PNSO Mandschurosaurus are large models and there are no other really big models of these prehistoric animals in mainstream production. Whilst you may be disappointed with these figures, we suggest that you hold onto them as they are likely to be highly sought after by collectors in the future. As for shipping costs, we do appreciate your point about the price of shipping from the UK to Hong Kong. However, we do subsidise all our shipping prices and, although a by boat service as you suggested would be cheaper, these deliveries can take more than four months to arrive. Over such a long time, parcels can be damaged and models broken. It is also difficult to get insurance for our customer's purchases when delivery times take so long. All in all, having looked at all the feedback we receive from out world-wide customer base, we have opted not to offer a slower, albeit cheaper, by ship postal service. Thank you once again for your comments.
