“Again, a nice model from PNSO with a great paint job and sculpting detail. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is the gloss applied to the head/mouth region.”

Thank you for your kind words, we send out parcels to our customers in Europe Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to minimise any potential issues over being charged additional fees and duties. “Beautiful model, especially love the "owl eye spots" on the crest. PNSO are knocking it out of the park with all the new models recently!”

“A great figure of the Asian Ceratopsid, inspired gain by Jurassic World but replaced the holes in the frill with a beautiful red colouration. Its one of my favourite sculpts and much nicer in person too.”

Thank you for your kind words, the reason for the delay in giving feedback, is that as the Feefo feedback is independent, we don't have information as to where the parcel is being delivered on our Feefo dashboard. With many international orders, feedback emails sent to customers can arrive up to 14 days after the purchase, this gives time for the parcel to arrive at destinations as far away as British Columbia in Canada, Western Australia, New Zealand and such like. Sometimes feedback can be sent out earlier, but the default setting is 14 days to permit our customers in some of the further away places that we despatch to, time to receive their parcel. Our thanks again for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
