Thank you for your kind words, the reason for the delay in giving feedback, is that as the Feefo feedback is independent, we don't have information as to where the parcel is being delivered on our Feefo dashboard. With many international orders, feedback emails sent to customers can arrive up to 14 days after the purchase, this gives time for the parcel to arrive at destinations as far away as British Columbia in Canada, Western Australia, New Zealand and such like. Sometimes feedback can be sent out earlier, but the default setting is 14 days to permit our customers in some of the further away places that we despatch to, time to receive their parcel. Our thanks again for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
