Hello Dean, You placed your order with us at 7.46pm GMT on the evening of Thursday 14th December. We did email you that evening to confirm receipt of your order and to let you know that we would despatch the next day (15th December). Although we did our very best to prepare and pack your order and it was despatched the very next day by international Parcel Force service as requested, unfortunately, at this time of year, ordering so close to Christmas we can't guarantee delivery before the 25th. By the time we got the parcel out (15th December), there was 6 just working days before Christmas Day. It was always going to be highly unlikely that an order placed as late as this would get to customers in the United States in time for the big day. We have checked on our database and we can see that one of our team members emailed you on Saturday 16th December with the tracking information for your parcel. We also confirmed in this email that your parcel had already been sent out. We have checked the tracking information and we can see that your parcel is in the USA, having been exported by Parcel Force on the 19th December. According to the latest entry on your parcel tracking, the information was updated on the 26th, we expect the parcel to be with you shortly. Please note, you were charged £42.20 GBP for post and packing, your parcel was upgraded to global priority shipping to help give your parcel a faster shipment, the actual shipping cost to us was £58.25 GBP. I am sorry that you are disappointed with our service but I think you will see from these notes that we did all we could to assist you.
