Thank you for your feedback, it is always a pleasure to hear from our customers in Canada. We note your point about slow shipping, unfortunately, for orders placed in the run up to Chrismas, some delay in parcels arriving may inevitably occur due to the congestion in the mail network and also because there are a number of national holidays over this period. Please be assured, having received your order on the evening of the 16th December, your order was picked, checked, prepared and despatched as fast as we could. We even upgraded your order to a fully tracked and signed for service free of charge to help expediate delivery. We can see from the tracking notes that a delivery attempt was made on the 4th of January but this was unsuccessful. We shall email you over the tracking information so that you can see the full journey of your parcel. Hope this helps.

“Very detailed and very similar to the Stan Winston mechatronic dinosaur used in Jurassic Park which is my personal favorite design.”
