“First time that I buy on the site and I don't regret it. The figure arrive in perfect state and I appreciate the information of dinos on yellow paper from the seller. To conclude, the figure was better that I was expecting, it is more darker than brown on pictures. I”

Thank you for your 5-star feedback. Merci beaucoup. We note your comment about pre-order. We have operated pre-order options in the past and for our own Evolution range of models, but we remain reluctant to offer pre-order options for all products. This is because under anti-fraud and money laundering legislation open credit/debit card transactions that do not cover the full amount of the purchase are only able to be recorded for 90 days before they are automatically cancelled by the card provider. Given the long delays in production and shipment of goods to our UK warehouse, the only option we have is to demand full payment for goods upfront. We think that this is sometimes unfair on customers. They have to pay for something before we see the items ourselves or indeed before any reviews have been posted. Sue and I are happy to reserve an item for a customer and we hold it for them as long as they like. There is no obligation to purchase and no money to pay upfront. We offer this to all our customers and we have lots of items reserved. Feel free to contact us if you want an item setting aside. Thank you again for your kind feedback.
