“I ordered on Dec.5 and received an email with a tracking number will notice of fulfillment on Dec. 6. Today is Dec.18...I have emailed and called 3 times for an update on my order status with no response and no answer on the phone. Horrible customer service.
Tracking number with USPS states the package is in pre-shipment status...the post office has not received the shipment even though the email sent to me on Dec 6 states the order is complete.”
