How is the taste?

“Very easy to rehydrate and to use. Like tofu, it can take on the taste of seasonings that you desire. I have used in stir-fry recipes, fried them like chicken bites and in salads. All three were delicious. Cook well or can have an interesting chewiness to it.”

“Bon Appetit told me soy curls were where it was at for non-sad vegan tacos. True! The carnivores happily chowed down several tacos before inquiring about what kind of meat this was. :D Rolled the dice on a 3pk bundle to save money and avoid using A*zon. Win win.”

“Today I cooked up some Soy Curls, and I think they are delicious. I will put them in salads and in fake 'chicken' soup, and I'm sure I'll think of other uses. They are easy and quick to prepare.”

“They serve their purpose- i’m traveling internationally and as a vegetarian there’s no guarantee I will have a protein available so I brought the soy curls with me. I soaked them in water and I can eat them. They’re plain and taste, but that’s how soy tastes great for Travel or on the go. They could be eaten dry as well.”

“Very handy when on a budget and want to save on the price of ice shipping the mail delivery service comes with delays and sometimes the ice paid for is a waste of money. I love having this option for proteins due to this reason. Smart move Fake Meats!”
