“"Insulated Shipper" is a bit of an overstatement for sure. For the HIGH extra cost to have items shipped frozen, we expected them to arrive frozen. We unpacked our box immediately upon arrival and everything was defrosted. It took me 30 minutes to peel the Impossible sausage patties apart from each other, reshape them and wrap them individually so I could refreeze them for use. The "insulated shipper" is merely recycled paper padding with ice packs placed inside. Everything in the box arrived wet and soggy, we ended up having to toss the fish burgers.”
