The Highrise Luxe Kids are made from soft faux leather, which makes them less breathable compared to, for example, our Original Mesh Kids models. However, the advantage of the Luxe's upper material is that it is water-repellent. Based on our experience, we've found that socks with polyester blends designed for sports, bamboo socks or wool socks are the most effective in keeping sweaty feet dry, cool, and comfortable. These materials are moisture-wicking, so they move sweat to the outer surface of the socks. Perhaps this tip could help in keeping your child's feet dry and warm.
