“The Feetup trainer almost immediately gave me the ability to go upside down (away from the wall). I can feel my core muscles working and have a bit of soreness afterward. I'm hoping if I keep practicing using the Feetup trainer that I will eventually be able to do a headstand on the ground away from the wall. If not, that's okay too. I know I'm still working my core, balance, and stabilizer muscles with the Feetup trainer. I love the added function of a bench for elevated planks, pushups, or "legs up the wall" savasana.”
