“Disappointing. Packaging is nice but asked a doctor and the level of vitamin is too low to have any real benefit. Also very disappointing to know that they claim to donate a meal for every bottle sold and reading the details it says £0.25, not sure which meal costs that little!”

I've been taking these every day since purchasing - around 10 days. I didn't take them for 1 day as I wanted to see if there was any difference.
Honestly, I couldn't tell if there was a massive difference. However, I have a WHOOP fitness strap, and my recovery and sleep performance have improved quite a lot since taking these pills (again, could be an affect of good sleep, diet, fitness etc)
The jellies taste very nice - no surprise as its basically sugar! And the packaging is very very very neat, probably the best looking vitamin supplement I've ever seen.
Once this pack is done, will I continue? Truthfully probably not, I just can't justify £30 on 60 multivitamins tablets. Yes it gives you a hit of energy but so will anything with caffeine.”
