“Nice flavour 100% RDA of all the defence vitamins and zinc. I got a sample of these in a subscription box and liked them so ordered the full size. I was on some very high strength vitamin d and zinc but it caused sickness and as soon as I stopped it went away. The 100% RDA is fine and suits my tummy, plus they are pleasant to take and the packaging is very nice. Will take these all over winter now to help with whatever the next few months throw at us. Sometimes taking 1000% or more of something doesn’t suit everyone but I feel covered by these and they have the same amount of Vit d as the government was sending out last year.
At the end of the day it’s a vitamin supplement but there’s a charitable element too and they are super nice to take.”
