“Took these as recieved as a sample, didn't reareally have enough to notice any real difference but they have a lovely taste and within a couple of days I did notice my energy levels had gone up slightly. I have since ordered some more and am waiting for delivery so am hoping they'll give my immune system the boost it needs to get me through the winter months.”
