“My gf struggles with her bones and we thought this would be a great supplement for her. Not so far, but we will keep going as the taste and texture is pleasant. If she has any positive effects from it after finishing the full container, we will of course update.”
“One bottle lasts one month, is not the cheapest but isn't too expensive either.
The gummies are incredible, the texture is so much better than all the others vitamin gummies.
I like this brand and I am happy the bottle and packaging are fully recyclable.”
“The packaging is well-made, strong and somewhat strange for a tub of supplements.
Even the tub seems better quality than normal.
The supplements may help if you are deficient.
Taste is OK.
Price is quite high.”
“I really like this brand and its distinctive red bottles. These gummies are really palatable and are a treat to take. They also definitely help my aching joints and don't give me any side effects.”
“Overpackaged and overpriced...This 60 pack of Fight vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus is designed to support bone strength. I came to these as a long-time taker of food supplements and vitamins who'd not previously tried gummies of any kind.
I disagree with the claim in the online description that they're 'delicious'. They do appear to contain a fair bit of sugar and the taste is very sweet with a hint of flavour. Despite using 'natural flavours', they look and taste synthetic to me - rather like cheap sweets aimed at children. I can't imagine that taking vitamins with a dose of sugar in this way is particularly beneficial assuming you're able to take the equivalent vitamins and minerals in any other way.
This pack will only last a single month at the '2 per day' dose intended for adults - so they're not great value. The product is also heavily overpackaged in an attempt to hit home the brand identity. Bizarrely a plastic pot is set within an elaborate branded recyclable cardboard box. I couldn't recommend these Fight gummies.”
“First impression is wow, because you kind of don't expect the vitamins arrive in recycled well presented paper box.
I think vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus is simple yet effective combination for bone health.
The gummies are light pastel purple and dome shaped. Having had many overly sweet and very soft gummy vitamins recently these felt a bit strange in taste and consistency at first but I actually really really like them!
They are not overly sweet, not sticky, are somewhat a bit harder on the surface but still easily chewable.
I look forward to eat them every day (I might have gone over recommended dosage one day, oopsy!)
Dosage is 2 a day and there is 60 in a red plastic jar.
Vegan, gluten free, no preservatives and no GMO.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, saccharose, modified starch, cholecalciferol, tricalcium phosphate, citric acid, acidity regulator - trisodium citrate, natural berry flavour, colour - concentrate of carrot, coating material - carnauba wax.
Now the most important thing, you don't see big companies doing often - for each bottle they donate one nutritious meal through FareShare. So whether you ever donate or not now it's kind of done for you and you can feel good.
I like the company's ethos and the taste of these.
They are a bit on the pricier side but if money is no object you get great vitamins and support good cause. And currently on offer so I would go for them myself!”
“I've tried to take vitamins before but I can't handle tablets, so when I saw these I thought they would be a good choice.
Do they do everything they say? I don't know, but I do feel a bit better after taking them for a few weeks.
They taste ok, kind of not a lot like anything other than sweet and gummy with a hint of flavour, but anything is better than choking on a 1cm tablet of compressed dust! They're easy to chew and you take two a day, so this bottle provides you with a months worth.
The packaging is quite fancy, but I also feel like it's possibly one way of getting around the price - 'but look how nice the box is!' - I'm throwing the box away instantly, so I'd rather spend less money, thanks. The rrp says £27.99 (the price on here is slashed to £16.99 at the time of writing)
I'm not an expert in vitamins and supplements, but £28 every month for a product that supplies you with only a handful seems like a lot of money to me. Is it any better than the ones you can grab on the high street for a fraction of the cost? I can't answer that, but maybe a more vitamin savvy person can.”
