“I'm a big fan of red roe, and this was the first time I tried black caviar. Taste is super gentle and feeble, the only option to appreciate it is to eat with a small spoon while sipping champagne. At this pace even 10g is quite a meal. Mostly ordered it just to try it out, and will probably stick to red roe.”
