“The flowers were of a poor quality. I was only able to use 3 flowers out of the whole box. Really disappointed as they turned out to be expensive 3 flowers.”
“The box arrived with damaged and dead flowers , was assured by email that a new box would be sent out the following day. At midday the next day I chased this up to be told I hadn’t specified a required delivery time (I wasn’t asked) and they’d be with me shortly by DPD . They never arrived and my emails asking where they were have been ignored . A refund was issued but this doesn’t cover the distress caused as they were for a cake I was making for my fathers 70th birthday .”
