“The flowers arrived in a cardboard box without any cool packs and looked very sad. Popped them straight in the fridge but it was too late and I struggled to use even 1/4 of the flowers, they were too dog eared and browning- very disappointed as they were for a client’s birthday cake. Will not be ordering again or recommending.”
