“I ordered about 2 Kg of Guavas and cumkuats.
The cumkuats s were great, good quality and perfect ready to be eaten.
However i am very very disappointed about tue Guavas. I obly ate onethat was suitavle to eat rest were hard as rock. Thewere not pibk enoughibside, mostlygreen. Therefpre i went to research and I read that when they were taken of the tree too early they are harder to ripe.
I left my guavas for some time, check on them everyday to realise that they were still hard inside not pink enough, how they should be, and I have to throw them all away after more than 2 weeks of checkng for them to ripen. Left them at room temperature and some others in the fridge. Bothing worked
I have eaten guavas most of my live so has my family and i haven't experience this before.
I am very disappointed with the quality of them. I don't know of it was tuey way they are packed, presereved during shipment from abroad or the cultivatiin process.
I would like a replacement or a refund for them. I am extremely upset to have had to waste all those guavas.”
