The smell of the needles being processed with delicious. Lemony with a spiciness. The sugar, when freshly made was delicious and with a little time to infuse I'm sure will become even nicer.
Really looking forward to using over the festive season and I'm planning a pear and fir sugar cheesecake at some time.”
