The sweetness and slight crunch of pear with a gentle kick of mustard...this tasted more like English mustard than French - it could even hit the back of the nose in the same way. Wonderful with cheese - especially a strong cheddar - and also excellent with cold meats and baked potatoes. I will be getting more jars of this.”
