“I think this time the meat had not been hung long enough. Previously I have cooked it for two hours but this time it required five hours to break away from the bone. However very tasty cooked with lots of fresh tomatoes, garlic and herbs”

“Succulent milk fed veal, that turned into delicious osso buco. The only drawback - I had to by 3kg - which is a lot for a 2 person household.”
