“I have ordered these before and they were always amazing - this lot though - the pastry was wrong, too liquid, very wet - maybe the maker put too much egg, so all the tortelloni were completely stuck together despite the semolina in the pack, and I had to separate them one by one and repair the holes, and add my own semolina. So not great! when cooked, the bits of pastry where there is a lot were just thick lumps, and the thin areas or holes leaked out the filling... The person who made them must be very inexperienced, and definitely not the same as in the past! Or they had a really bad day. I feel I need a replacement.”
