I would rate 4 if it was not a sashimi grade but i used part of it for a tartarre and it was not tasty at all. Cooked is much better.

I've given this 5 stars because I believe it's better than I'm cooking it. Having had Swordfish before but not this grade, I over-cooked it. Maybe a wee cooking hint on the website would help.
