“The salmon was (as always) really great. However we just unfroze the US Prime fillet steaks and were very disappointed. The cuts were not really good, uneven with chewy parts. For that price I would expect consistency and good cuts. We had those steaks before and they were excellent previously. We only took a photo when grilling them on a grilling pan.”
