“Top notch quality. Taste just like in a Japanese restaurant. I even deep fry the head with some tempura powder like what a Japanese chef in Japan will do - yummy ! Both sashimi or capaccio style with a bit of lime juice (zest) , pink salt, chives and extra virgin olive oil - made my day !”
