Problem was that in anticipation of something very special, hope was way ahead of reality. I have never been so disappointed with a food product more than this; yes, it was that bad. Way too much sinew in the flesh. No way will I ever consider buying Wagyu again and not just because of the cost. I pay what some might consider to be extortionate prices for wine and have never been disappointed in many years doing so. Whether these comments come to the attention of the supplier, I know not or what might be done, I do not know.”
