“Very expensive but worth it as a special treat. Very large and rich so you dont need much, I had one per person and in retrospect needed 2 max and even this would have allowed for some left over. Warned through the extra in the pan the next day and was even better. Texture was like no steak i have ever had, very rich and unctuous mouthfeel, slight hint of game and grass. Will have again!”
