“If you have never tried wagyu before, then these are a reasonable introduction. However if you've been to Japan and had the top grade branded version, you'd be disappointed. So if you are trying to replicate the remarkable taste and texture of top ranked Wagyu, you must go for the higher ranked Wagyu available here on this site (I cannot verify the quality of 8-9 rated Wagyu, as I went for the cheap version and wished that I paid the extra!)”
