These boneless quails are perfect for stuffing. I followed the suggestions to use them for callies en sarcophage, and the results were extremely impressive--with relatively little work.

I was disappointed that the skin of the boned quails had holes, from removal of wing bones, which made stuffing and sewing up difficult.
