Try this, Marnade: Chilli, Fennel Seed, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. Cook low and slow for about 6 hours and enjoy the best Pork you've ever eaten!

The suckling pig shoulder was just perfect but we just wish that smaller joins were available. We are an elderly couple and there is a fair amount of the meat leftover. Stir fry, sandwiches, soup, deep freeze!

Wow, Sacher Torte, Tiramisu are soooo good. I will have to order again. And French smoked salami - you can taste quality. So smooth and just right
