“The presa Iberica is fantastic (and I've had it before from FFS (snigger...). The porcini mushrooms were not in great shape - a lot of stems and often quite woody. The truffles were small and didn't have much flavour. I'd use FFS again, but would be more particular in what I chose.”
“The truffle had no flavour when shaved or grated onto the partridge and foie gras I was serving. I would have been better off drizzling truffle oil. Including delivery charges I wasted the best part of £80 for nothing at all.”
