“Very hard to know if anything is coming out of the "tube" because there are no instructions to open it and do what. Just wiping your teeth will not do anything. I had to press hard and finally a clear liquid came out. Just very odd to me and wonder if I received a defective tube?”

TeethRefreshers box are our instructions. Twist the bottom (to get the gel to come up through the bristles) and then brush and smile :).
