“Course objectives were outlined at the beginning and the trainer ensured these were referred back to throughout and that they were incorporated into the course content wherever possible. Any questions in order to overcome any hurdles during hands on course were answered and help and support provided. Trainer had excellent technical knowledge of the product.”
