“This cramp cream is now an essential part of my period relief toolbox every month. I get debilitating period cramps during the beginning few days (always have since my first ever period) and this helps tremendously. It even soothes non-mensuration related pains: stomach cramps (instantaneous relief!), neck pain, ankle/foot cramps, and more... I use it whenever I have a bout of pain. I live with various chronic pains and this is such a useful addition to feeling better. Plus it smells sooooo good!”

“I've been using the cramp cream for period pain for the past 7 months. I was skeptical at first since I had only seen it on Instagram, but I ended up loving it so much, I've been gifting it to friends and using it during every cycle. What sold me on it was when I had an important job interview to do while I was on my period, and the cramps were pretty bad. I rubbed the cramp cream on right before the interview, and I swear the cream was the only thing that helped me make it through without grimacing. It helped reduce the excruciating pain down to a subtle cramp. I do find you have to reapply it fairly often, but it's still worth it. I love the rich, whipped texture and mood-boosting wintergreen scent. Can't recommend enough.”

“The scent of this is super grounding... which is usually what I need when I start my period. Using this combined with the flax heat pad feels wildly comforting... but my cramps are a little too bad for it to be super effective. If you suffer from mild period cramps - would absolutely recommend!”

“I ordered the cramp cream for the first time and it arrived just in time for my second wave of cramps in this cycle. I put it on about 15 minutes after my cramps started and within 20 minutes of applying the cream, my cramps were completely gone. I would usually rate my cramps anywhere from a 5-8.5 on a scale of 1-10 for pain. (For reference, for me, a 10 on the pain scale was giving birth and a gall bladder attack). I almost always have to use Midol for relief, but not this time. I was so pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. I will leave another review after a few months of use. I’m hopeful that the cream will continue to be as effective as it was my first try.”
