“I ordered the loafers, they arrived on time, everything was fine, I read the reviews and liked the model I’m writing to the online support service, tell me what size is best to take since your size table is unclear I have size 43 to which the support service answers me, our customers say that our loafers are too big, so it’s best to take less, well, I listened to the support service, I ordered 42.5 and in the end the shoes are terribly small I ordered these shoes to a friend in London and flew to visit him for 1 day then I flew to my country and I can’t return your pair of shoes to you I admired your loafers, but you can’t simply create the correct table and teach the support service not to advise then £215 just down the drain.”
