“I never received the shoes. I contacted customer support several days ago to report the missing delivery and request a reshipment, but no one has gotten back to me.
This is completely unacceptable. When a product isn’t delivered and support simply ignores the request, that’s a serious issue. I have paid for this order and expect either the item or a full refund.
