“The loafers themselves are sublime. The service is awful though. I kept giving information about how to deliver my package. They failed to do so not once but twice. Once I shared the struggle I had to receive my parcel, I specifically asked to have the delivery guy call me. I’ve been told by mail that they “do not have time for that”. Is that your idea of great customer service? Had I not paid in full my item at that point? Am I the one who has to put in the effort to send mails and follow up to enquire about my parcel’s location when it is not delivered? If you want great shoes then GH Bass is a solid option. But be prepared to have an awful experience when it comes to service.”
